The cost per person is $125. This includes the following: Chef Patrick's four-course meal, beer and wine, two specialty cocktails, tax, gratuity and valet parking.
Typically, The Mims Supper Club is held in the main dining area of Hotel Indigo, just off the lobby.

The Mims Supper Club does require advance payment. Chef Patrick shops for the food on the day of the event and buys the correct amount of items based on sales. We can almost always add in last-minute guests. However, in order to properly accommodate all of our guests, advance payments help us understand not only the food requirements, but the seating arrangements, the beverages (adult and otherwise), and the decor.
The Mims Supper Club employs a Community Table. All of our guests have delighted in the opportunity to meet new people and everyone enjoys the lively atmosphere.
The Mims Supper Club began in Belton, Texas in 2022 at the charming and historic Tirzah. Our success there has led us to announce our latest partnership and our first expansion - the elegant Hotel Indigo on Red River Street in Downtown Austin! Our launch in July was a smashing success.
